Job summary

THE MINI SHOPAHOLIC in Singapore is seeking a Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure a clean, well-presented store, and follow up on customer appointments and feedback. You will train team members, motivate morale, resolve staff issues, and create marketing campaigns to achieve KPI sales targets while monitoring inventory and stock ordering.

Additionally, you will prepare sales reports, staff rosters, assist with payroll and commissions, and supervise opening/closing procedures

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop
• Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
• Follow up on customer's appointment and feedback
• Train team members, motivate team's morale and resolve staff issues
• Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target
• Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies
• Prepare sales reports, staff rosters and assist with payroll and commission calculations
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
