Job summary

E-Pployment Consultancy (Singapore) is seeking a capable retail professional to hit individual sales targets and build lasting customer relationships. You will attend to inquiries, present products, and support after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

The role involves assisting customers with brand and model choices, providing pricing and usage guidance, and participating in all promotional activities during the retail schedule. Training is provided for Diploma holders.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Diploma holder with no working experience welcome; training provided.

• Ensure individual sales target is met.


• Attend to customers’ enquires and create sales opportunity and cultivate long-term relationship with customers, build and maintain customer database, and to follow-up after sales services.

Operations

• Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.


• Attend to customers’ requirements, and to provide assistance on the choice of brands and models, provide product information and pricing, and demonstrate product usage.

Marketing

• Involved in all in-house promotional activities.


• Participate and render support to all promotional activities when required.

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of retail experience – those with luxury retail experience would be highly preferred.


• Diploma with NO Working experience is welcome to apply as Training is provided.


• Working days: 5 day work week (Retail Hours).


• Salary: $2500-4000 (Base on Experience & Qualification).
