You will understand clients' design goals and present curated luxury solutions, while telling our brand story through thoughtful styling and attentive guidance.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, a dynamic team environment, and opportunities to work with high net-worth clients on notable projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess interior design needs and provide tailored styling solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement attractive product displays and store layouts.
• Continuously update knowledge of interior design trends and product features to advise customers effectively.
• Schedule and manage appointments for Interior Design Services to support client project needs.
• Proactively follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and claims to maintain excellent after-sales service and customer relationships.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for creating exceptional in-store customer experiences
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and self-motivation skills
• Relevant experience considered for senior roles
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is advantageous
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a plus
• Open to candidates without prior work experience; competitive basic salary plus commission offered
