Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a retail sales professional for a boutique showroom featuring luxury, high-end products. You will engage walk-in clients, manage VIP accounts, and coordinate with distributors to ensure premium service and presentation.

The role requires 1–2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and admin handling capabilities like shipments and logistics. It offers a competitive package with annual increment, promotions, and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec in Retail Management, Sales & Marketing or any related discipline.
• Min 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience in Luxury Branding and High End Product environment.
• Able to engage with ID company, customers (walk-in , call-in) and comfortable to handle admin paperwork (shipment and logistic documents).
• Applicants with good communication skill and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Retail sales in boutique showroom, corporate account & VIP handling for customised luxury products.
• Attend to walk-in customers in the retail boutique and handle dealers accounts.
• Monitor and replenish inventory based on sales forecasts & stock movements.
• Ensure accurate pricing display, visual merchandising standards, and uphold brand image.
• Process quotations, sales orders, and schedule goods deliveries to customers/projects.
• Maintain customer databases and strengthen customer relationships.
• CRM management and maintaining good housekeeping of the retail boutique and goods store.
• Answer incoming calls for sales enquiries.
• Travel overseas to liaise with distributors and vendors.
• Support retail marketing activities, consumer promotions, boutique events, etc.
• Assist at boutique events as needed.

Working Location / Hour :

10.45am to 8.00pm (5 days, include weekend, 8 offday in a month include weekend off)

Remunerations :

Up to $3,200 basic + $450 monthly fixed allowance + permanent staff benefit and attractive perks
