Overview

Orchard - Singapore

• Mon to Fri (11am - 8pm) ; OR
• Tues to Sat (11am-8pm, Weekend 9.30am-6pm)
• Feng Shui Industry

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, live chat, or WhatsApp channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
• After each customer interaction, consult with the consultant and document the meeting minutes.
• Prepare client charts for the following day.
• Prepare clients' treasures for pick-up.
• Post sales transactions in the system; accounts, invoices and updating records.
• Receive and mail items to clients.
• Collect items for the galleries as needed.
• Administrative duties such as ordering office supplies (Stationery etc).
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years of customer service experiences
