Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Director, Retail for Singapore and Malaysia to lead the retail business across both markets, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional consumer experiences in company-owned stores.

The role provides strategic leadership for growth and ensures sustainable financial results. Based in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, you will develop market growth strategies, optimize operations, coach a high-performing team, and partner with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including multi-store responsibilities.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable sales, profit and KPI improvements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term retail strategy for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Own P&L, drive profitability, productivity, and KPI performance.
• Lead store operations excellence and consumer experience across all stores.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations.
• Identify and act on expansion opportunities and portfolio optimization.
