Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a seasoned retail leader to own the Singapore and Malaysia strategy, driving revenue growth, brand equity, and exceptional consumer experiences across all stores.

You will manage P&L, partner with Merchandising and Planning to optimize inventory, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth across the region. This role requires a strategic leader who can scale operations and nurture high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in consumer-facing brands.
• Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed retail teams and delivering KPI improvements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L, inventory, and store optimization experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and succession planning.
• Strategic thinker who translates market insights into growth strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Strong communication, change leadership, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Singapore and Malaysia Retail Strategy; drive long-term growth, brand equity, and operational excellence.
• Own P&L and business performance; use data insights to grow revenue and profits.
• Drive retail excellence and consumer experience across all stores and brands.
• Shape merchandise and inventory strategies to maximize sell-through and availability.
• Lead commercial activation through in-store marketing, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Drive store portfolio and expansion through new openings, relocations, and optimization.
• Build organizational capability through coaching and leadership development.
• Champion governance, compliance, and risk management across retail operations.
