Valentino is seeking a CRM Assistant Manager to drive client engagement and loyalty for its luxury brand in Singapore. You will work with global CRM and regional teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement targeted actions that grow client acquisition and retention.

You will plan and execute client engagement events to elevate the brand experience and collaborate with store teams to optimize CRM impact.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Retail, Client Engagement, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing & Communications teams to support market and store initiatives and drive client acquisition, retention, engagement and overall commercial performance.
  • CRM Performance Analysis & Reporting: Review and analyze CRM performance data and KPIs.
  • Monitor market performance against global and regional CRM goals and identify opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to management and stores.
  • Track client segmentation and spending behaviours to support business strategies.

About the Role

The CRM Assistant Manager is responsible for driving client engagement, client retention, and client development initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic action plans. This role works closely with global and regional CRM and Client Engagement as well as Retail performance team to monitor performance against CRM objectives, identify business opportunities and gaps, and partner with store teams to implement targeted actions that support client growth, loyalty, and commercial performance. The role also supports the planning and execution of client engagement events to strengthen client relationships and elevate the brand experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Retail, Client Engagement, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing & Communications teams to support market and store initiatives, ensuring the effective execution of client-centric strategies and action plans aimed at driving client acquisition, retention, engagement and overall commercial performance.
  • CRM Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Review and analyze CRM performance data, including client recruitment, retention, reactivation, client spending, frequency, outreach effectiveness, and clienteling KPIs.
  • Monitor market performance against global and regional CRM goals and identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to management and store teams.
  • Track client segmentation and spending behaviours to support business strategies and decision‑making.
Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to grow client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through customer insights and data analysis.
  • Translate client insights into targeted actions to drive acquisition, retention, reactivation, and client engagement aligned with global and regional objectives.
  • Partner with retail leadership and store managers to create targeted action plans that address performance gaps and maximize client potential.
  • Support the implementation and follow‑up of CRM initiatives, ensuring actions are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
Retail Partnership & Store Support
  • Work closely with store teams to drive adoption of CRM best practices and clienteling activities.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to stores on CRM KPIs and client engagement strategies.
  • Support stores in identifying priority client segments and developing outreach plans to improve client productivity and loyalty.
Client Engagement & Event Management
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client engagement events, VIC experiences, and local activations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences aligned with brand objectives.
  • Analyze post‑event performance, including attendance, sales contribution, and client engagement outcomes.
  • Leverage events as a strategic tool to deepen client relationships and drive business growth.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Retail, Client Engagement, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing & Communications teams to align client strategies and business objectives.
  • Ensure CRM initiatives are consistent with brand standards and regional priorities.
  • Share best practices and success stories across the retail network to encourage continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills in luxury Retail industries preferred.

Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
