Job summary

Richemont (Cartier/Van Cleef) seeks a boutique support specialist in Singapore to enhance high‑end sales and VIP experiences, coordinating VIP bookings and private viewings.

You will manage clienteling activities, CRM gifts, boutique activations, and back‑office tasks such as meetings, reports, and monthly claims.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, sharing best practices with the corporate office and assisting during peak periods with welcome, drinks and gift-wrapping.

Responsibilities

• Arrange VIP bookings for boutique or high-jewellery events (restaurants, client treatment etc).
• Assist with private viewing preparations.
• Update and follow up on high-end systems, clienteling apps, and reports.
• Handle CRM gifts (ordering, delivery, registration, and feedback).
• Assist with boutique activations.
• Follow up with the team on clienteling occasions (birthdays, anniversary and etc).
• Assist with in-boutique quick service execution and registration.
• Provide admin support for boutique management.
• Prepare meetings and reports.
• Place non-sellable orders.
• Support monthly claims process.
• Share updates on new improvements with the boutique team.
• Communicate best practices to the corporate office.
• Boutique Support: Welcome, drinks and gift wrapping during peak periods.
