The role requires a Bachelor's in Banking and Finance or related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, Mandarin fluency for client liaison, and strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Mandarin fluency for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates with Retail Banking experience are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research on Retail products and services in local market.
• Prepare product or system requirement document.
• Coordinate with technical team of H.O. for project on new products or system enhancement request.
• Work out solution for functionality defects.
• Support branches to solve issues related to product and system.
• Dedicated in digitalization of personal banking cater to evolving industry.
• Follow up on product and system upgrade.
• Any work assigned by supervisor or Management.
