Job Summary

Support retail banking product development and digital initiatives by conducting market research, gathering business requirements, coordinating system projects, resolving system issues, and improving banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis on retail banking products and services in Singapore to inform product development
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to recommend retail banking product improvements
• Support the development and enhancement of personal banking products and services to meet customer expectations
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for new banking products, system enhancements, and digital banking projects
• Prepare clear business requirements documents, functional specifications, and project documentation to guide technical teams
• Coordinate with technical teams at Head Office to manage system development, implementation, testing, and enhancement projects
• Monitor banking system upgrades and product implementations to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of banking system issues, functional defects, and product-related problems to maintain system reliability
• Provide system and product support to branch staff and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes of issues, develop solutions, and track corrective actions to completion
• Monitor outstanding system issues and enhancement requests to support timely resolution and continuous improvement
• Support digitalization efforts for personal banking products and services by identifying opportunities aligned with customer needs and industry trends
• Identify and recommend improvements to banking product functionality, system performance, and internal processes to enhance efficiency
• Participate in projects involving digital banking solutions, system upgrades, and product enhancements to drive innovation
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or management
