Job summary

GLOBE MARK (CENTRAL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Retail Sales associate to greet walk-in customers, understand needs and recommend products. You will meet sales KPIs through upselling and cross-selling, operate the POS, and support in-store promotions.

The role requires strong communication, comfort with rotating shifts including weekends, and the ability to stand long hours. English proficiency is essential; bilingual English-Chinese is a plus. Fresh candidates are welcome.

Salary & Benefits (Singapore Market)

• - Full‑time: SGD 2,800 ‑ 4,500 monthly plus sales commission and performance bonus.
• - Part‑time: SGD 10‑12per hour.
• - Entitled to CPF contribution, annual leave and staff purchase discount.
