We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and dependable Retail Associate(Part-Time/ Full-Time) who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming, considered experience for every customer.

You have a natural instinct for hospitality and service, take pride in the little details, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. Above all, you are attentive, approachable and genuinely interested in helping customers discover pieces they will enjoy wearing.

As part of our retail team, you will help bring the Something to Hold experience to life through thoughtful customer interactions, a strong understanding of our products, and care for the store and everything within it.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, thoughtful in-store experience.
• Take the time to understand each customer’s needs and offer considered, helpful recommendations.
• Develop a strong understanding of our collections, including product details, fabrics, fit and sizing, so you can confidently assist customers.
• Help customers with fitting, styling and sizing while allowing them the space to explore at their own pace.
• Build genuine relationships with both new and returning customers.
• Assist with customer enquiries, exchanges and other after-sales needs with care and professionalism.
• Share customer feedback and observations with the wider team to help us continually improve the retail experience.

Store & Product Care

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment throughout the day.
• Ensure garments are presented beautifully and handled with care.
• Assist with steaming, folding, hanging and replenishing products on the retail floor.
• Maintain fitting rooms and displays to ensure the store always feels considered and inviting.
• Support visual merchandising and product displays as needed.
• Pay attention to the small details that contribute to the overall experience of the space.

Retail Operations

• Process purchases accurately through the POS system, including payments, exchanges and returns.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organising and replenishing stock.
• Support regular stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with opening and closing duties where required.
• Support new collection launches, store events and other retail activities.
• Work closely with the Retail Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
