Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking a friendly retail associate to support daily operations at our Punggol outlet. You will welcome customers, assist with inquiries, and engage with children and parents to ensure a positive visit.

Weekend work is required. Prior childcare or play centre experience is a plus, and a positive, service-oriented attitude is essential for delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with or interaction with children is highly preferred.
• Background in Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground, or Kids Events is welcome.
• Experience at child-focused environments such as Kiztopia or similar is a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Patient, friendly, and comfortable interacting with children.
• Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
• Positive, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
• Able to stay calm and patient in busy customer situations.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends/public holidays when required.
