Job summary

CHUNG YIP HOLDING PTE. LTD. operates a premium health-tech showroom seeking a sales associate to welcome customers, understand their wellness goals, and demonstrate how devices like CGM sensors and ECG smart rings work.

You will drive sales through cross-selling, support device troubleshooting, maintain a high-end showroom, process POS transactions, and assist with warranties, exchanges, and stock management. Customer feedback will be captured in CRM to enhance experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, hospitality, or frontline customer service.
• Nursing background or experience in consumer electronics, health supplements, medical devices, or wellness retail is a major advantage.
• Highly comfortable learning, utilizing, and explaining mobile applications and health-tech hardware.
• Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate, patient approach - especially when teaching elderly customers how to navigate tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in showroom customers, actively listening to understand their unique health, medical, or lifestyle goals.
• Conduct engaging, live demonstrations of products (e.g., CGM sensor tracking glucose, ECG smart ring readings).
• Meet and exceed sales goals by cross-selling and upselling health accessories or wellness packages.
• Assist customers with device troubleshooting, basic technical support, hardware calibration, and pairing devices to mobile health apps.
• Maintain an immaculate showroom floor and ensure all interactive displays are charged, functional, and clean.
• Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with product warranties, exchanges, and coordinating equipment rentals (e.g., oxygen concentrators).
• Monitor stock levels, replenish from stockroom, and participate in inventory audits.
• Document customer feedback and common technical queries in the CRM, reporting trends to management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, live demonstrations of products (e.g., explaining how a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) sensor tracks glucose, or how to read heart metrics on an ECG smart ring)
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals by cross-selling and upselling complementary health accessories or consumer wellness packages
• Assist existing customers with device troubleshooting, basic technical support, hardware calibration, and pairing devices to mobile health apps
• Maintain an immaculate, high-end showroom floor and ensure all interactive display units are fully charged, functional, and clean
• Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Assist with product warranties, exchanges, and the basic coordination of equipment rentals (e.g., oxygen concentrators)
• Monitor stock levels on the retail floor, manage timely replenishment from the stockroom, and participate in regular inventory audits
• Document customer feedback and common technical queries in our CRM system, reporting trends to management to help improve the overall patient experience

About you
