Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking a retail-oriented team member to support daily store operations in Punggol. You will welcome customers, assist with inquiries, and help create a friendly, engaging environment for children and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with children is highly preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with children and parents throughout their visit to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Communicate with children in a patient, friendly, and approachable manner.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally, escalating matters to the supervisor when required.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience.
• Assist with activities, events, promotions, or other operational tasks as needed.
• Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred.
• Candidates from Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground, or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome.
• Experience at Kiztopia, Kidztopia, or similar children-related environments will be an added advantage.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Patient, friendly, and comfortable interacting with children.
• Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
• Positive, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
• Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations.
• Comfortable working in a lively, customer-facing environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays where required.
