Job summary

Fung Kids (Holdings) Limited invites a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join its fast-growing children’s clothing brand in Singapore. You will deliver attentive service, process transactions, and support stock replenishment and store upkeep.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a positive attitude, strong customer service and sales orientation, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays within a 5-day week. Independence and responsibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience.
• Demonstrate a positive and mature working attitude.
• Exhibit strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to work retail hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays within a 5-day work week.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsive customer service to address customer needs and inquiries effectively.
• Operate cashier functions accurately and perform stock replenishment to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain daily housekeeping tasks including opening and closing the store to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Adhere to the team roster and maintain a positive attendance record.
• Stand for extended periods (6-7 hours) during shifts to support store activities.
