Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restorative practice and handling challenging students.
• Three (3) years working experience in a uniformed service with youth investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigative & Case Support: conduct preliminary investigations, interviews, obtain statements, compile reports and update parents.
• Detention: supervise detention class and Corrective Work Order, ensure completion of tasks, follow up with teachers.
• In-House Suspension Support: assist staff in managing students on suspension and missing class.
• Administrative Support: data entry for late-coming, offences and interventions; compile statistics; monitor reporting channel.
• Other duties: perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned during employment period.
