Job summary

FASTGIG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and lead our F&B service crew in delivering excellent service.

You will uphold food quality, hygiene and safety standards while fostering a respectful, collaborative and inclusive team environment. You will guide and support the service crew to ensure smooth, efficient service and consistently high food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, guiding and supporting the service crew to ensure smooth, efficient service and consistently high food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and work allocation, and train and coach new team members to build a capable, motivated team.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment and daily operational tasks, and undertake other duties delegated by the Store Manager from time to time.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle operational challenges, and coordinate daily outlet operations effectively.
• Responsible, proactive and team-oriented, with willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
