Job summary

TALENT CONNECT HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. invites applicants for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

You will lead service crew, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, manage schedules, handle inquiries, monitor safety and cleanliness, and support management with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant/F&B operations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifts.
