Job summary

LES CANONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure smooth service.

You will lead the service team, coordinate with kitchen and bar, train staff, handle guest feedback, manage floor duties, and assist with scheduling, inventory, and cashiering when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and support the service team during daily operations.
• Ensure guests receive professional, friendly and efficient service.
• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised and properly set up.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Train and guide new and existing service staff on service standards and procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and deployment when required.
• Monitor stock levels of restaurant supplies and assist with inventory control.
• Operate the POS system, process payments and perform cashiering duties when required.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Must be hands-on and perform floor duties during service operations.
