MATSUYA FOODS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for an outlet team member to support daily operations, deliver friendly service, and assist with food preparation and service. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and learning in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers shift-based duties with food safety and hygiene at the forefront, along with opportunities for advancement within a growing brand in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders, handle payments, and assist with serving food.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality is maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
• Follow Food Safety standards and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with food inventory, stock checking, and receiving deliveries.
• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and other items as required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and report any complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet


• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
