Matsuya Foods Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites you to join its first Singapore outlet, where every team member helps shape customer experience, service standards, and brand presence.

This is ideal for both newcomers to F&B and seasoned professionals seeking a startup-style challenge within a globally backed brand. The role focuses on supporting outlet operations, delivering friendly service, handling orders and payments, assisting with food prep and inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Shift-based schedule, at least 3 days per week, able to commit for 3 months.
• Experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders, handle payments, and assist with serving food.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality is maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
• Follow Food Safety standards and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with food inventory, stock checking, and receiving deliveries.
• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and other items as required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and report any complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet
