Job summary

CHUAN KEE (F & B) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. You will lead, train and motivate service staff, and manage scheduling, attendance and daily duties.

You will maintain high standards of customer service, monitor food quality and hygiene, coordinate with kitchen teams, and support stock control and ordering. This full-time role requires strong leadership and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and manage a team and work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train and motivate service staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily work assignments.
• Ensure good customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Check inventory and coordinate with kitchen/service teams.
• Assist with ordering and stock management.
• Ensure SOPs and food safety requirements are followed.
• Handle opening and closing duties when required.
• Support the Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
