Job summary

TASTY FOOD PALACE PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and F&B operations in Singapore.

You will supervise service staff during each shift and ensure top-notch customer service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring food and beverage quality and presentation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, preparing staff schedules, managing stock to reduce wastage, handling feedback, coordinating with kitchen and other departments, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and F&B operations.
• Manage and guide service staff during each shift.
• Ensure proper customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Check cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales.
• Train and motivate F&B staff.
• Prepare daily operational reports for the F&B Manager/Restaurant Manager
