Job summary

More Yogurt Singapore is seeking a capable Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations, motivate the team, ensure SOP compliance, and support management during opening and closing hours.

You will assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedules, inventory checks, hygiene and safety standards, maintenance, and quick resolution of service disruptions, while maintaining excellent communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service required.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to commit to shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management with daily operational matters
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOP
• Support daily operations in collaboration with managers, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly scheduling, and profitability evaluation
• Plan routine cleaning of the outlet
• Routine inventory stock checking
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Execute maintenance schedule for equipment and perform routine inspections
• Resolve service disruptions or customer complaints
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible for preparation work of outlet opening and closing during operation hours
