Job summary

Greenwood Fish Market in Singapore seeks a friendly Service Crew member to warmly greet guests, present menus and wine lists, take orders accurately, and ensure the dining area reflects our high standards at the Quayside Isle location.

You will deliver food and drinks, answer questions about items and ingredients, handle complaints professionally, and stay current with menu changes and promotions, including weekends and evenings.

• 1+ years of experience in service crew roles in a busy restaurant environment.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Maintaining a deep understanding of our menu and wine list, and keeping up-to-date with changes and promotions
