GFM VIVO CITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Front of House Crew member to create welcoming dining experiences. You will assist guests, take orders, serve food and maintain a clean, inviting area.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, handling payments, coordinating with the kitchen, and supporting opening/closing duties. Shift-based schedule with potential weekends and public holidays.

Formación

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Check on guests and respond promptly to their requests.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and refer complex matters to a supervisor.
• Process cash, card and other approved payments accurately.
• Assist with reservations, queues and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Prepare and maintain service stations, utensils and supplies.
• Keep the dining area, counters and customer-facing areas clean and organised.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety and customer-service procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Job Description - Front of House Crew

We are looking for friendly and service-oriented Front of House Crew members to provide guests with a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The successful candidate will assist with customer service, order-taking, food service and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities
