Job summary

Travis Masiero Restaurant Group in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Service Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations across our venues in the CBD. You will lead service teams, uphold high guest service standards, and coordinate with kitchen and management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year in the service industry, excellent communication and leadership, and a dynamic, customer-focused mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day restaurant service operations.
• Supervising and motivating service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborating with the management team to maintain high service standards.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Managing and optimizing table turnover and reservation systems.
• Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the kitchen for timely food service.
• Training and developing service staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry.
