Eighteen Chefs Pte Ltd seeks a capable supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.

You will help train and develop service staff, monitor performance, and maintain high customer service quality through clear communication and timely handling of feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Managers in overseeing the restaurant's daily operations.
• Operationally equipped to manage all service sections within the restaurant and its related functions.
• Responsible for checking on all equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Observe a high standard of work ethics and be a role model for all service staff.
• Responsible for ensuring good customer service standards and quality.
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction in the restaurant and maintain effective communication with the customer at all times.
• Manage and handle customers feedback and complaints in an appropriate and timely manner, aligned with company's standards.
• Assist Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in training, development and evaluation of service staffs to be well-trained in the respective service stations.
