JAPAN FOODS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable restaurant manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee staff, training, and performance, while driving sales and maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen and suppliers, managing stock and backend tasks, and stepping in to support multiple outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managerial experience in F&B or relevant experience.
• Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
• Overseeing outlet operations and maintaining its operational smoothness.
• Maintain high productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback.
• Recruiting & hiring of restaurant staff.
• Induction training and on the job training of new employees and newly promoted staff.
• Performance and discipline management for employees.
• Achieve target sales and profit levels.
• Liaise with Central Kitchen and external suppliers for ordering.
• Manage stock levels of beverages and related utensils.
• Sales reports, stock takes, scheduling, and backend duties.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered to by all staff.
• Help out at other outlets when needed.
• Handle any other duties assigned by Outlet Manager/Area Manager
