Job summary

The role collaborates with chefs and managers to plan menus, monitor costs, lead shifts, ensure service standards, train staff, handle guest queries, and drive daily sales while maintaining quality and safety across operations.

Qualifications

• Min GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager to plan menus with chefs.
• Collaborate with chefs to ensure efficient provisioning and cost estimation.
• Hit financial targets.
• Lead every shift and uphold service standards.
• Plan marketing and special functions with management.
• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service staff.
• Investigate and resolve complaints about food quality and service.
• Prepare meal cost notes using the POS system.
• Ensure sufficient stocks for smooth operation.
• Safeguard company properties and assist daily sales reporting.
• Support smooth restaurant operations as directed.
