The role involves leading service and kitchen staff, monitoring sales, controlling costs, managing inventory, preparing staff schedules, and collaborating with management to hit business targets while maintaining compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, required to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for the food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
