• Drive sales growth, manage operational costs, and achieve business performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, staff scheduling, cash handling, and restaurant administrative tasks.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement continuous service and operational improvements.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and enforce adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
• Support additional operational initiatives as assigned by management.
