• Control food and beverage budgets and meet financial targets through effective cost management
• Hire, train, and lead food and beverage staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain positive customer relationships
• Identify and troubleshoot food safety issue and quality improvement plans
