• Place timely orders for stock replenishment based on consumption and forecast
• Communicate operational updates and challenges to the restaurant manager, director of operations, and owner
• Apply strong communication and leadership skills to foster a service-oriented environment
• Adapt to and work flexible shifts to support restaurant operational needs
