LAI WAH RESTAURANT (PRIVATE) LIMITED. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.

You will supervise FOH staff, arrange shifts, monitor hygiene, safety, and service standards, and work with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication are essential.

Qualificações

Experience in restaurant operations or supervisory roles.
Supervisory or team leadership experience.
Knowledge of food hygiene and workplace safety practices.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems and restaurant reporting.

Responsabilidades

Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
Supervise and coordinate FOH staff to uphold service quality and standards.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance per policies.
Arrange shifts and allocate manpower according to business needs and reservations.
Monitor customer service standards and handle feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and upkeep of dining areas, stations, and facilities.
Track daily sales, reservations, and reports to support business objectives.
Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely food prep and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and SOPs.
Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
Monitor stock levels, supplies, and inventory usage to minimise wastage and costs.
