Job summary

You will mentor staff, manage manpower, analyse P&L basics, and ensure top service standards while maintaining inventory and cost controls. The role requires staff development, effective delegation, and the ability to work under pressure including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills with supervisory experience in F&B.
• Ability to mentor staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proven problem solving and creative thinking.
• Comfortable working under pressure and on weekends/holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office for reports and admin.
• Experience in budgeting and basic P&L analysis.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manpower management: mentor staff to achieve excellent service and improve margins.
• Delegate tasks efficiently and conduct on-the-job training.
• Inventory management and organisation of stock.
• Oversee employee performance and disciplinary matters.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain QSCV (Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value) across outlets.
