Responsibilities

• Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Responsible for profitability, staff management, product quality, customer service and promotions execution.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain the highest standard of service quality.
• Ensure all cost expenses are well managed.
• Responsible for recruitment, development and retention of staff.
• Involve, prepare pre-service meetings for staff.
• Evaluate operations and suggest improvements.
• Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Submit reports/schedules to the Operations Manager and HQ.
• Attend meetings and training programs as required.
• Provide feedback on staff schedule, attendance, and customer feedback.
• Ensure reservations are properly taken without overloading stations.
