Violet Oon Inc Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee cost control, inventory, training, and rostering to ensure smooth service and strong performance metrics.

The role requires at least 5 years in similar leadership roles within Food & Beverage, with a focus on team motivation, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Control labour costs and monitor operating expenses to meet budget.
• Work towards achieving sales targets with the team.
• Maintain daily sales collection records and ensure bank-in compliance.
• Maintain sales reports, track daily closing sales and daily collections.
• Suggest improvements to increase revenues and service quality.
• Supervise staff and plan weekly duty rosters.
• Conduct daily staff briefings and motivate the team.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and hygiene regulations are met.
• Coordinate with purchasers for beverages and stock replenishment.
• Prepare reports: sales, duty roster, attendance, and inventory.
• Foster good relations between kitchen and service staff.
• Lead service excellence and handle guest feedback professionally.
