Violet Oon Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational excellence across all outlets. This hands-on role requires floor presence, leadership of service teams, and a focus on guest experiences and SOP compliance.

You will work with restaurant and bar managers to drive manpower planning, staff development, and operational efficiency, ensuring consistent service standards and high guest satisfaction across locations.

Competenze

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations management.
• Strong leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on, service-oriented leadership style.

Mansioni

• Oversee and support daily outlet operations across assigned outlets.
• Lead service teams on operational periods and ensure SOP compliance.
