Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Jiang-Nan Chun, our Cantonese fine dining restaurant. You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and flawless service on the dining floor.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will drive guest satisfaction, coaching staff, and collaborating with Culinary and Hotel leadership to elevate the restaurant’s reputation and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury service teams in fine dining or high-end hotels.
• Proven ability to train and develop talent and lead a diverse team.
• Strong guest relations skills with VIPs and high-profile guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the restaurant team with Four Seasons standards.
• Be the visible floor leader during service, coaching staff in real time.
• Champion hospitality culture with personal, attentive service and guest recognition.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and anticipate needs for personalised service.
• Lead reservations, seating strategies, guest flow, and dining room operations.
