Four Seasons Hotel Singapore seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager for Jiang-Nan Chun (江南春), our Cantonese fine dining flagship. You will provide visible leadership on the restaurant floor, coach teams, and uphold Four Seasons standards while ensuring memorable guest experiences.

The role requires a hands‑on leader with 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, exceptional English communication, and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Hands-on leader who mentors and develops talent.
• Strong commercial acumen and guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the restaurant team.
• Lead on-floor during service, coaching in real time.
• Champion genuine hospitality and personalised service.
• Build relationships with guests, anticipate needs.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and dining room operations.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor team members.
• Train and develop staff, drive performance.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Beverage leaders to drive improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics and costs to improve profitability.
• Oversee labour planning, payroll productivity, inventory, and maintenance.
• Review guest feedback and translate into action.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
• Foster accountability and teamwork.
