Job summary

THAI VILLAGE RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader for upscale dining venues. You will manage daily restaurant operations, plan staffing, and develop the team through coaching and mentoring to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires extensive F&B experience, strong sales capabilities, and fluency in Chinese to support menu comprehension and communication with Chinese-speaking customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, upscale dining establishments, or luxury Chinese restaurants.
• Experience driving sales, revenue growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong ability to plan manning and operational improvements.
• Proficient in Chinese for menu comprehension and communication with Chinese-speaking customers and partners.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Premium Restaurant is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Food & Beverage Service, ideally in upscale dining establishments, fine-dining restaurants, or 4-star/5-star Chinese restaurants.
• With proven experience in restaurant operations, driving sales and revenue growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, executing marketing and promotional initiatives, and consistently achieving business and financial targets.
• Drive consistent service, process improvement and apassion for providing excellent service.
• Good written and conversational Chinese is required as there is a need to comprehend menu in Chinese, communicate with Chinese speaking customers, business partners and associates.
