Job summary

JIN XUAN RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B operations manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant activities and ensure high service standards.

You will lead the F&B team, plan staff schedules, and monitor costs, stock levels, and overall efficiency. The role requires strong operational leadership and a focus on quality and compliance. In this capacity, you will manage cashiering processes, handle customer feedback, and drive operational improvements to maintain a smooth 6-day work

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily F&B operations.
• Lead and supervise the F&B team.
• Plan staff schedules and manpower deployment.
• Monitor sales, costs, stock levels and inventory.
• Oversee cashiering and daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Working Hours:

6-days work week, including weekend & PH.
