Job summary

AL FAYAZ RESTAURENT 1 PTE. LTD. seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of the business, delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff. You will ensure revenue, profitability and quality goals are met while maintaining efficient operations and top customer service.

The role requires front- and back-of-house leadership, staffing, scheduling and strict adherence to health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Proven customer service experience as a manager.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with recall of ingredients and dishes.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and PeachWorks.
• Strong leadership, motivation and people skills; acute financial management skills.

Requirements and skills
