Qualifications

• 2–3 years of managerial experience in F&B or relevant industry.
• Must possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
• Experience with Restaurant POS systems, tablets and order terminals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; leadership ability.
• A good team player with excellent leadership skills.
• Organised and meticulous in all aspects of work.
• Displays integrity and professionalism.
• High emotional intelligence; able to handle stress calmly.
• Available to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated & responsible Restaurant Manager to join our team in managing our outlet at Jurong in all functions of the business.

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant
• Assist in optimizing the revenue and overall profitability of the Restaurant
• Accountable for the daily settlements and ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded
• Documentation of sales and operation reports, as well as collating summary of monthly financial reports to monitor sales performance
• Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including renewal of licenses
• Evaluate & suggest improvements to enhance productivity and performance
• Rostering of staff schedule for full utilization of manpower and labour cost control
• Manage recruitment, training, motivation and discipline of all FOH employees
• Ensure strict employee compliance to SOPs, sanitation and safety standards
• Assist in responding to enquiries on company’s social media platforms
• Confer & negotiate packages offered to corporate/private event clients (e.g. Weddings)
• Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective actions for service recovery

Job Requirements

1. Min. 2-3 years of managerial experience in F&B or relevant industry

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Adobe Photoshop is a plus)
