31 VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at its Singapore outlets and drive top service and food standards. You will lead a hands-on team, schedule staff, ensure hygiene and cost control, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a hands-on, people-focused leader with a long-term growth mindset and a willingness to work 5/6 days, including weekends and public holidays. Join a dynamic multi-brand Japanese dining group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in F&B.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Good understanding of service operations and cost control.
• Food Safety & Hygiene Certification is required/preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Long-term commitment to growth with the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead, train, and motivate service teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Plan staff scheduling, manpower deployment, and shift coverage.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong team leadership, and consistently high service and food standards.
