Job summary

Tun Xiang Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure service standards. You will train and supervise staff, manage inventory, handle cash, and support health and safety compliance in line with SFA requirements.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Singaporean & PR candidates are welcome; education level is open. Competitive compensation and advancement opportunities are offered.

• Train and supervise staff members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, responding to customer complaints or concerns as needed.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with SFA requirement.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Handle cash and financial transactions, including making deposits and reconciling cash drawers.
