Job summary

RED PIG RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive growth. You will design strategy, set goals, manage budgets, and ensure policies and processes are in place to optimize performance.

You will lead teams, recruit and train staff, monitor financials, and produce regular reports for upper management while ensuring health and safety compliance and resolving issues that affect profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
• Strong analytical ability.
